What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ starts at 100 units for most catering products. For more complex industrial or rigid boxes, MOQ may start at 500 units. We work with brands of every size, from boutique startups to large e-commerce businesses.
How long does production take?
Standard lead time is 15 to 25 business days from artwork approval, depending on quantity and complexity. Sample production typically takes 5 to 7 days. Rush orders are possible, just mention your deadline in the form.
Do I really get free design service?
Yes. If you don't have artwork ready, our in-house design team will create custom packaging mockups based on your brand and product, at no additional cost. You get unlimited revisions until you're happy.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We strongly recommend approving physical samples before bulk production to ensure print quality, structure and material match your expectations. Sample fees are usually deducted from your bulk order.
How do you handle worldwide shipping?
We ship to 50+ countries by sea, air and express courier. Our team handles customs, documentation and delivery to your warehouse. Shipping costs and timing are included in your free quote.
What payment terms do you offer?
We typically work with 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. Other terms can be negotiated for repeat clients. We accept bank transfer, T/T, PayPal and other major payment methods.
